Is todays technology helping or ruining our lives and relationships?

Are cellphones and computers, todays technology, ruining marriages and relationships? Text messaging and computer emails can either be a blessing or an open door for the devil. Both are temptations to encourage people to cheat. Both are open windows to the world with the vast knowledge they both provide. Question: Good or bad? Has todays technology been a blessing for man or just another form that encourages people to cheat on each other?
