I haven't had sex in 2 years, can this be detrimental in any way? [NSFW]?

Asked by rkadir11 (35points) December 8th, 2010

I’m a 19 year old male and I haven’t had sex in 2 years or really deliberately ejaculated (masturbated) in 2 years. I’m wondering if this can be bad for my health or penis in any way? You know, just not ejaculating here and there? Thank you!

p.s. I’ll have wet dreams here and there where I ejaculate in my sleep here and there but that’s about it, that happens maybe 2 times a month or less, so if not frequently ejaculating is detrimental, wouldn’t that be enough to keep my health and penis well?

If you are without a partner I suggest a little self pleasuring to keep the pipes clear and a fresh supply of semen in the brewery.

There are no health hazards to being celebate, but, there are benefits to healthy sexual release.

Is your desire low?

Do you have inhibitions about masturbation due to some beliefs?

For such a youngster I’d think you would be asking the opposite question, how to keep your hands off of yourself! lol

The wet dreams might increase in frequency over time. I’m not sure if that is detrimental, but it is a possibility.

Many who chose to be celibate (I mean really celibate) live to a ripe old age.

I tried this once, I had horrible unexplainable dreams so I started masturbating again. If you’re not then good luck with it.

Hurry!!! If you don’t use it you lose it!... No really If the urge is there you should masturbate, if you don’t have a regular partner I wouldn’t suggest just getting it from anywhere, theres a lot of nasty stuff out there you can’t get of with ajax! But you don’t even have the urge don’t worry about it, it won’t fall off.

Everybody has a different sexuality. I highly doubt you’re doing any physical harm by not releasing the swim team. If you’re otherwise happy, don’t worry about it. It will all come with time… (ugh, no pun intended. Really)

Unless your low libido is causing you concern, then there is no problem!

Your body will take care of itself when it comes to “cleaning the pipes”. Do what your libido tells you is right for you.

You don’t need to have any health worries. You will be just fine with your current situation.

No. Not at the age of 19. You’re fine.

how can one accidentally masturbate?

Blueroses's avatar

Well @noodle_poodle sometimes you are just going along with Rosie Palm and then Ms. Left comes in… oh so awkward.

Its not a health concern. You may get intense urges as any human may but that is why there is a large variety of ways to masterbate

If there is no release; no wet dreams even – I think it increases the risk for prostate cancer. Search on google or ask your doctor.

It can be. Depends on the person.
