What do you do when you have a problem that you can't solve until the next morning?

I have a spectacularly monumental hard time calming down. So anything that involves deep breaths or trying to convince myself to relax will not work. I wish it did, trust me. I’ve been away from my computer for a awhile. I’ve only recently gotten back and I got some really, really crappy news. Bascially, the situation right now is that I’m faced with the issue of getting kicked out a vocational program that I’ve waited literally years to get into. Someone who has helped me get certain requirements is giving my teachers different answers that they gave me and this could get me kicked out. I’m going crazy and I probably won’t sleep at all tonight, so I’m not concerned about getting any sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me at least not have a major panic attack in the meantime?
