We live in a country and world where most of us in the states are very comfortable and not lacking too much. I am happy with all I have and don’t need anything more. If I were to pass on tomorrow I would be happy with the life I have had. I guess I could give of myself more to those in need.

An E-Z Bake Oven. For years I asked for one of those things and never go it. My mom always said, “I’ll bake with you,” and then she didn’t have time. Once I got old enough o bake on my own, she would direct me a little, but not too much. I think the trauma of not getting that oven is what ultimately pushed me into a pastry arts diploma. :P

She plays all her Mario Lanza too this time of year, When I visit, you can hear her TV clear down the street.. Lol.. :-/

A doll house. Growing up, I knew we couldn’t afford one, so I never asked my parents. Recently my mom got her old one from her mother and gave it to me, but I’m too old to do anything with it. I guess I can just fix it up and hope to give it to a possible future daughter.

@tedibear I wanted an EZ bake, too! I wrote a letter to Santa but never told my mom. Maybe this started my cynicism about men!
