What is the best use for Fluther?

Pretty much the same use Twitter has.

This is funny – because although you’ve posted this in the “General” section – it’s going to be moved into the “Meta” section, which is dedicated to questions about Fluther.

I feel like that’s part of the best use” – working with other users in the the Meta sectino to figure out what are the best ways that we can use Fluther.

Fluther is a wonderful database of how-to’s, and opinions on issues.
Also the occasional smart assed answers

Fluther is for anything you want the answer to…it is also a place where you can socialize and chat.

Strange that you are mentioning Twitter, when the Fluther team has just been acquired by Twitter (see the blog post).

I ‘use’ fluther as a learning & social outlet, I am a people person and a seeker of knowledge so it’s a good fit for my interests.

I’d say the ‘ratio’ of participants here is about 95% intelligent, well adjusted, thoughtful and mature and the other 5% batshit crazy. lol

Welcome to Fluther. I tend to use it more for finding out people’s opinions on things, rather than on answers to factual questions, though people do use it for that too. Opinions aren’t as easy to google as facts though.

Actually I answer far more questions than I ask – I think that basically means that I just like to give my opinion on everything!
