Business or Medical Degree?

I’m having a hard time deciding between a business administrative or medical administrative degree. I think they are very similar, the only difference is that one is going to be more medical terms. I’m more concerned about getting a job after I graduate. Which one has a better job placement? Also, which will pay more?
