If a person does not believe in deities but perhaps supernatural things what is that person?

My brother says that atheists are those who strongly do not believe in deities and have skepticism toward the supernatural. Someone agnostic is a person who claims that they cannot have true knowledge about the existence of God (but does not deny that God might exist).
So what about a person who is certain that Gods do not exist or supernatural deities but believes in some supernatural things, what are these described people called?
