Ubuntu troubles. What version will work? If any?

I have a Gateway Nv59c 64 Bit
w/ and Intel core i3 370m processor running Windows 7 Home Premium
I want to switch over to Ubuntu
but i am not sure if the 64 bit program will work with my hardware, and don’t want to try and risk fucking something up
