Would taking Celexa and Xanax cause me to doubt reality?

Sometimes I forget if the story I retell is fiction or non-fiction. It happens when people react greatly with amazement or shock. I have to stop and really think if the events REALLY happened or if it was just a dream! Is this normal? I don’t think so! I just want to know what’s going on….. I’m also on 40mg of Celexa (Citalopram) and Xanax (Alprozolam) for bad days. Sometimes I question myself if I’m also Bipolar, because I have really bad mood swings and tend to want to isolate myself more than usual. I also have my mania episodes, where I feel so alive and happy and giddy, talk constantly, then I crash later. I get extremely depressed and withdrawn from reality. Any advice? or helpful info?
