Why does Gmail always send my Facebook notifications to my spam folder?

Every single time I see a Facebook email in my spam folder, I mark it as “not spam”. It never learns, though! Shouldn’t Gmail get the hint, and send them to my regular mail inbox? </rant>
So, how can I fix this?
