Fly and turn invisible. You can have basically every benefit stopping time would have (unless you fly really slow) but even if you could stop time, I’m sure there is nothing like soaring miles over the earth at a whim. That’s true freedom.

Fly and turn invisible? Thats two for one. Easy this choice. What fun is stopping time? Everyone will be like statues.

When you can stop time you can steal as much as you want. With flying and turning invisible you could also steal, but not nearly as much, and with much more risk.

Stop time-but if the twilight zone teaches us anything it’s that super abilities always end up trapping us. Like the episode where someone actually gets said ability and must spend eternity alone by freezing time instants before a nuclear holocaust.

Grim's avatar

Yeah, I often refer to twilight episodes before flying. Last time I went on a damn airplane some gremlin tried to rip the wing apart! D:<

Invisible and fly. The combo would be amazing plus stopping time is like cheating.

if it were changing time.. like turning it back or moving it forward then id choose that. but since its just stopping time… i choose flying and invisibility.

Okay then, what would you guys do with your newfound powers of flying and invisibility. Stopping time just seems like much more fun, not to mention handy. like your about to get hit by a car, you just stop time. If you could fly, you could attempt to fly away, but most chances are it would be fruitless. You could also stop time and get anything you want. money, possessions food, you name it you got it. Also you could use the time powers to accomplish many things and make it look like luck or skill, without attracting negative attention. If you could fly and turn invisible then the army would be after you and you would be receiving unwanted publicity constantly.

Randy's avatar

You could get away from a car in a case like that. You have to be fast to fly. It’s a rule. Also, if you can turn invisible, the army could never find you. Stop time? Pssssssshhhhhtttt! That’s weak!

Grim's avatar

Yeah I think spending your entire life running away from the army wouldn’t be that great. and as for weak? umm, PSYCH! ever desired some material object, but have not been able to obtain it? yeah, thought so. Also think about all the good or evil you could do with it? I mean its just so much more powerful then being able to stop time or fly. I mean, if you could predict the future then you would be invincible, but since you can not you’re just almost invincible.

Allie's avatar

what good is predicting the future if you cant change it? once you start time again you’re still a normal person with no other capabilities. i say we should pair up. you tell me whats going to happen.. ill fly around and try to fix stuff.

El_Cadejo's avatar

im with you Grim stopping time is wayyyyy cooler. And yes armies would be after you. And just because your invisible doesnt mean you cant be seen. You know thermal sensors and all. ^_^. Like Grim said if you could stop time, unless you did something really stupid and obvious no one would ever know.

Randy's avatar

@ uberbatman- Look at the movie predator. All you have to do is cake yourself in mud, then your completely invisible!

Allie has the right idea with teaming up. There is no reason we can’t work together to accomplish our good or evil goals.

I would want to be able to stop time. Although I see the benefits of the other.

Just call me the “Invisible Flyer”! Since I’m a skateboarder, I would use my flying skills to catch more air than anyone, but in a way that no one suspected! The invisibility, I would use to hide from my wife when she is pissed at me! If Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne could keep their secrets, I believe I could, too!

El_Cadejo's avatar

Clark Kent shouldn’t have his secret kept. COME ON glasses!?! GLASSES!?! How brain dead are the people of Metropolis ?

peedub's avatar

I was just reminded of that aweful movie Jumper that came out recently. I couldn’t even finish watching it.

bulbatron9's avatar

They’re very nice glasses! Also, the people of Metropolis are pretty stupid! I drove cross-country from Portland Oregon to Nashville Tennessee, and that is where my Honda Civic I had at the time decided to jump timing.

And yes I took the scenic route across country. I zig-zagged all up and down the country. It took me five days and about six thousand miles. Awesome experience!

Randy's avatar

@ peedub- off topic, but it did suck didn’t it!?

peedub's avatar

F__K yes! I can’t believe it was as popular as it was when it came out, actually, yes I can.

mghb's avatar

I would stop time.
