How do I change the search engine that my address bar directs me to in Firefox?

Asked by Aesthetic_Mess (7894points) January 24th, 2011

When I type a search in my address bar in Firefox, it directs me to Bing, but I want it to be Google. How do I change it?

In the left hand corner of your search box there is a small arrow. Click on it and you can pick your search engine.

Russel_D_SpacePost (quite a name, my friend!) is correct. You’ll also find a way to make Google the default search engine if you like.
