Is there a way to download the documentation for the Google App Engine?

I like to work offline and would prefer to have local copy of the documentation.

You could make a local copy with wget.

If I did that, how would I instruct it to download all the pages of the documentation?

What apps specifically do you need? If its word processing or of that nature just download open office.
