How do I compare costs of living in several areas?

I want to compare costs of living of these cities:
Philadelphia, PA
Pittsburgh, PA
Boston, MA
Providence, RI
New York City, NY
Buffalo, NY
Cambridge, MA

Are there any sites that would allow me to compare all of them?

Just remember that averages can be deceptive, especially housing averages if you tend to live in a more expensive home. I use the online calculators when I move, and they are helpful, I don’t mean to dissuade you from utilizing them, but also look up state and local taxes, which can take a chunk out of your salary, or put some money back in.
