How do I remove my username from my web browser's drop-down suggestions?

several user id sites I use I have miss-typed my user name but now when I strike the first letter in the username box all my boo boo typos showup on the drop down windowshade. How do you remove the incorrect ones?

Have you tried deleting your browser history... I'm pretty sure that would work.
