What could the pea sized lump on my arm be?

I have a pea sized hard lump in the crease of my arm (where someone would usually get blood work). I just noticed it now, and am wondering if someone has had the same thing? I am very concerned. I will be seeing a doctor tomorrow morning but am kind of in a panic.
