What are your thoughts about Tom Golisano turning down an offer to buy the Sabres that was $70 Million higher than the offer he accepted?

The caveat was the purchaser could not move the Sabres out of Buffalo for as long as he owned them. Someone offered him $70 million more bucks if they could move the team to another city. Your thoughts?
