Image map only lines up with header in certain browsers?

Asked by ANef_is_Enuf (26839points) February 10th, 2011

Alright, please answer in very simple terms, because I am utterly clueless.

I created an image map for my header, and it only lines up with the tabs in certain browsers (Google Chrome, for example.)
However, in Mozilla Firefox and IE7 the links are skewed off to the left of the image tabs. Is this a known issue? Is there an easy fix? I’m completely stumped, and my ignorance on the subject doesn’t help matters any.

Oh, nevermind. Apparently it doesn’t work in Chrome, either, so the whole thing must be out of whack somewhere.

Did you manage to get this to work in the end? I must say I’m intrigued.. I would have said there’s probably something going on with the CSS, but I’m just an amateur :3

Nope, the guy that I was helping decided to abandon the site for another alternative.

Wow, that’s always nice… Sorry to hear it didn’t work out in the end!
