One of the largest Cinco de Mayo celebrations are in cities such as Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco, San Antonio, Sacramento, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver and El Paso in the Southwest of the USA, due to their large Hispanic populations.

The best way to find out what will be happening on May 5, 2010 in the Bay Area, would be to contact any Reference Librarian at your local public library. That person, whomever s/he may be, is an expert at finding out information regarding up-coming events, and can supply you with a list of activities that will be occurring in the Bay Area (and elsewhere) on that day.

The information is free, of course, and can be obtained over the telephone, if you are unable to visit your nearest library in person.
