Does anyone know anything about using the drug Namenda for autistic people?

My friend in Iowa told me about a Doctor using it.
I live in New York.
I wish we had a Psychiatrist who we could really discuss things with.
Does anyone know a Psychiatrist in SI. New York who could help me?
