Does it "mean anything" if you're initially attracted to someone and it's more intense than usual?

I literally had to take a deep breath when I saw this woman, and it was even worse when I actually talked to her. Although I didn’t make a move, because I was working and that’s unprofessional, I’m already flooded with all kinds of chemicals and happy feelings. It’s hard to let go lol. So why was this one occurence so intense? Was it the woman, or my brain?
