Where to buy a changing bag in the SF area?

Asked by bpeoples (2551points) April 15th, 2008

So I called Gassers and Calumet, neither of them stock it. It seems like a silly thing to mail order. Anyone know where I can find one locally? (27×30 or so)

If you want to buy a haunted changing bag, read this and go here.

Heh. Sorry—not a changing bag for changing babies… a photographic changing bag for changing film in total darkness.

Oops. I do actually know of an amazing camera store, it’s not haunted though.

Looking Glass is awesome. It’s in Berkeley but easy to get to via subway or motor vehicle.

Even better—I live in the East Bay (but can walk to Gassers from work). They didn’t answer their phone tonight, but I’ll give them a call tomorrow and see if they stock it (seems like they’re film-friendly enough)

They usually have everything. They definitely have the record-store-person-attitude but whatever.

Rock on: called them and they have them. And no more expensive than the mail order places. Thanks!

Great! I used to go there to have them cross process.
