How do I get rid of love handles (aka my biscuits)?
I am content with the rest of me but damnit, my side pouches are really beggining to frustrate me…any tips?

Lay on your stomach with your arms extended forward above your head. Raise your right arm and your left leg at the same time, put them back down, then your left arm and your right leg. Repeat ad nauseum.
Stop feeding the biscuits biscuits?
or try swimming or even those slimming belt thingies that supposedly shock your muscles to burn fat and tighten up…
This is kind of hard for me to explain, but I was told that one way is to get a fairly heavy wooden dowel, about 4ft. long-
-Twist back and forth like in this picture
I’ve heard this works and will also increase your torso strength.
