Asked by remambermee (442points) February 22nd, 2011

without using any make up of somesort and
other than telling me I need more sleep?
Are there any tricks of somesort or have any eye cream you’d recommend, anything?

Part of it is just unlucky genetics. You can’t help it if you were born to have very thin skin under your eyes.

Water! Drink more water. Seriously, better hydration can help. Sleep and yes, a good cover up.

Cold cucumbers on your eyes is supposed to reduce swelling. Put a slice on each eye and leave on a few minutes.

I’ve had bags under my eyes for my entire life. I could never find a product or makeup to fix/cover them up. So I started doing the whole cucumber thing and it’s AWESOME! Not only is it extremely relaxing but it actually works if you keep at it! Also I use Eufora Beautifying Serum (available at any National Salon Resources www.nationalsalon.com) I put it on my face and mix it with my lotions and it works wonders on my skin!

Hope this helps you out!

I was born with circles. You can see them in little girl pictures. I decided to quit thinking about them when I was pretty young.

Two cures:
1. A slice of fresh potato on each eye… the starch draws out the excess fluid
2. Hemarroids cream (not sure how you spell that) – particularly Preparation H if you can get it. The way that it works on piles is to reduce the blood capillaries or something and it will do the same for the bags under your eyes. Allegedly.

The above is given for your information only and should not be considered as medical advice etc etc etc
