How do you edit a .mp4 video on Mac?

Asked by higherground (1148points) February 22nd, 2011

The video contains some images with some dates on it and I would like to remove it without affecting the rest of the video. I’m new with video editing so please go easy on the technical terms.

Thank you!

Just use imovie or whatever video editing program you have on the mac.

iMovie will ahve a video tutorial or two when you start it.

Unless the new version allows it, iMovie has no such feature. You can put up a text title and hope that it covers it, but otherwise you’ll need software.
