Why does Google display results that say: "These terms only appear in links pointing to this page" instead of just directly telling me where those links are?

Anyone who has used Google a lot occasionally comes across the following statement:

These terms only appear in links pointing to this page:
”
For example, go to this Google page here and notice how at the top, the word “eigenharp” is a search term, but Google says the term only appears in links pointing to that page. But Google does not say where or what those links are.
Why? And is there a way to make Google say what the links are?
