Where can I find the music sheet (piano) for We Three by Patti Smith?

I’m playing “We Three” by Patti Smith, but can’t find the music sheet! Do you know where I can find it?

The sheet music for ‘We Three’ was published in 1978 in both the USA and UK in a book of sheet music for the Patti Smith Group album ‘Easter’. It is out-of-print, but copies can be found relatively easily on eBay and ABEbooks etc. The latter has one copy for sale at the moment.
