even the most obscure formats are supported, and after i’m done ripping dvd’s with mac the ripper, i just drag the folder into vlc, just amazing

@If I download VLC, which one should I click on? Is it either one with an American flag?

now for vlc, go to the site, download vlc for mac os x, click any download link (the reason for the different locations is to ensure a faster download) and open the disk image, then just drag the orange cone to your app. folder, and there you go, no installing or extra’s

what? transmission? no, transmission is an application that’s totally OS X build, unlike azereus for example, it works very fluid, so try it :)

I may not understand the question. My favorite for complete every program is useful to me for everything I do is Adobe Creative sweet. Its all good and it all rocks. But I am in that business.

Perhaps he means the MacHeist bundle versus the MacUpdate bundle?

If that’s the case, it really depends on what your needs are. I don’t think either are with it for me since they’re totally unfocused and contain three apps I have no use for for every one that I might use once in awhile.
