I need a driver for the D-Link DWL-510 wireless card. Every link I have tried is dead. Can you find a working link for me?

@bpeoples Those would work properly? I thought that it had to be the specific one.

Are you sure it’s not the DWL-G510 ? I can find drivers for that one on Dlink’s site, but no mention of a DWL-510 product.

http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=DWL-G510&rev=DWL-G510

Often a minor revision of the card will work with the same drivers—it certainly won’t break anything to try the wrong driver.

Says right on it. The card was discontinued in 07 but it should still have a driver out there.

I’ll give the 500 a try

I don’t believe that the download link is on the dlink website, i can’t see any link.

Damnit, it didn’t work. Just installed a utility that does not start.

Are there any drivers that I can just search for from device manager?

ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwl510/Drivers/dwl510_drivers_100.zip for the DWL-510

Well, I found a working one a little while ago, i ahd to go through 5 different sites to find it though.

ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwlg510/Drivers/dwlg510_driver100.zip for G510 rev_a
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwlg510_revB/Drivers/dwlg510_revB__drivers_S0031.zip for Rev B
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwlg510_revC/Drivers/dwlg510_revC__Dirvers_514.zip for Rev C

Note that “Drivers” is spelled incorrectly on the Revision C zip file.
