Powerpoint 2007 question?

I am having trouble doing something. I created a slide with the name Roy Raymond at the center of the slide. I managed to create the animation of it sliding to the upper left corner, but what I want to do now is have a picture of Roy fade into view at the right of the slide. How do I do that?

How do I order the events of things in a single slide?

In the version I’m looking at (2003) the effects you want are accessed via Slide Show / Animation. You’ll add the photo to the slide, and then use the ‘animation’ features to determine when – and how – it shows in relation to other objects in the slide.
