Where should I begin my research on founding a Spiritual Organization in Hawaii?

Like I said where do I begin, what government offices will have the paper work I need?

Are there “blueprints” on how the processes is done available online??

etc etc

Do you want your organization to be a non-profit? If so, you will need to apply for 501©3 status through the IRS.
