My romantic mixtape needs some jelly magic, any suggestions?

So this new girl i’ve been seeing is completely in love with singing, especially male singers and she loves it when I sing for her; The problem is that my music collection doesn’t have as much singable and somewhat modern and/or romantic songs as I’d like so I’d like to get a playlist together of songs that I could sing to her, that are by male vocalists or unisex type romantic songs, are melodic, emotional and strongly expressed sections are a plus. The only limit I think is that it can’t be country music.

I’m kind of at a loss on where to begin because most of my favorite songs are country. Halp!
