Large file keeps cutting off while downloading, how can I stop this?

Is there a program that will resume downloads even after they have been stopped.

I’m trying to download Windows server 2008 from their website, if I could make it a torrent I would.

I DL this same content from Microsoft MSDN all the time and rarely fail.
Make sure you use Microsofts Download manager. This will buffer the errors and large file DL.
Shy of that it is an issue with your ISP.
