A bunch of little thing have piled up and left me frustrated, moody, and blah. What’s your cure when you feel this way?

Put headphones in your ears and turn the volume up…I also tend to sing at the top of my lungs at the same time…let it all out

Fast walk outside.

Well, I am seriously considering sitting by the pool in this beautiful warm weather we are having here to lift my spirits. Get out and see something new or just enjoy some cloud watching to clear your head.

Exercise and sunshine.
Or, drinks with some of my close girlfriends and just being generally silly.
I love how @Adirondackwannabe posted that like a proposition. lol.

@JmacOroni Hey if it lifts her mood I’ll take one for the team.

@noelleptc ditto. I could use a girls’ night out, myself.

I try and kuckle down and clean up as much of the “little things” as possible than go for a bike ride of crank up my guitar. Leaving unfinished biz would only serve to ruin any good mood you could muster up.

A walk in the woods.

A hot bath in epsom salts.

A cup of chamomile or jasmine tea.

Was no one else overcome by the cute-itude of Fiddle’s porcupine???

Adirondackwannabe's avatar

@JilltheTooth Have you ever smelled one of those?

I should know better than leave something out there for you. :) They are amongst the most odiferous things ever.

lolz. It was adorable and cute…

I’ll give you the cute question. They still can knock a buzzard off a shitwagon at fifty meters.

@noelleptc Have we done anything for your mood yet? This group usually picks me up pretty quick. Except for that gravity wench laying out by her pool. We still have ice on our pools. grrr.

I don’t think @Adirondackwannabe is that far off. When you’re blah, there’s nothing like the interest of someone you like to perk you up. Just flirting with someone online should to it—especially if they start pming you. @Adirondackwannabe seems to be willing to help out. You could do worse.

Hmmm. Did or could you go over and watch the games with him? You could lay your head on his shoulder… except you might get a concussion every time he leaped into the air to celebrate a score.

Exercise.
A walk outside usually fixes that.If it is nice, a swim, bike ride or beating the $#!t out of the monsters under my bed works well.

Dutchess_III's avatar

Hard work. Go rake the yard. Dig a pool.

@wundayatta Just wanted to thank you for the compliment. “You could do worse”. :) I’m not the biggest scuz bucket, if she looked she could find a bigger scuz.
