Help me make a meal out of a pepper filling I made?

I made stuffed jalepenos for a party, and I ended up having a ton of the stuffing left. It’s just crumbled Italian sausage, a little onion, salt and pepper, cream cheese, and a shredded Italian cheese blend.

I froze it, but I took it out of the freezer by accident. Now it’s thawed and I need to do something with it. What can I do with it?
