What is the first thing that you do as soon as you wake up in the morning ?

I get around to thanking people after the applause dies down :)

I warm-up for 8 o’ clock opera rehearsals then I make tons of coffee!

Put on my glasses and head to the bathroom.

Pee.

Turn off the alarm. Then go back to sleep. [not kidding]

I grab my iPhone. It’s an addiction I tell ya!

Pee. I usually don’t look at my phone until it rings.

Open my eyes.

If it’s sunny outside, I get up without any problems. But if it’s rainy and cloudy, I usually sleep through the morning. It’s a bad habit, but it’s a part of me.

Kiss my boyfriend, pee, make coffee. In that order

Go to the toilet

Tinkle, brush my teeth, and make the bed.

I get up, go to the bathroom, pee, brush my teeth, put on my glasses, start the coffee, feed the cats.

I complain to my dog about how early it is. He doesn’t care. He gets to sleep in.

I look around the bed to see if a child has joined us and how many dogs think they are queen for the day. Then wonder where my blankets are. Every morning, the same thing. I need a snuggie!

I don’t get the Snuggie thing… just put on a bathrobe backwards!

@AmWiser It’s either a snuggie of footie pjs in my future. I’m tired of waking cold!

I rub my eyes and get the gunk out…after that I check the time on my mobile and head to the bathroom for a pee and to brush my teeth.
I can’t stand to be awake with bad breath…

If it’s a weekday I wonder why on Earth I am up at 6 in the morning.

If it’s a weekend I wonder why on Earth I slept ‘til noon.

Snuggle the kitty. No that is not slang for something dirty. He literally wakes me up everyday around 8 with “MOW, MOW, MOW!!!!” and won’t shut up until I spoon him. I’m serious.

I was going to say pee, but I thought better. Actually I get out of bed, go to the bathroom, then do that. I have found any modification to that sequence of actions can really spoil my day.

I check the time then switch on the radio. After about five minutes I get out of bed open the curtains and take a look at the day. Then I go to the bathroom, pee and brush my teeth before showering. It is all pretty rigorously choreographed

Turn off my sound machine.

get up, get dressed, go to bathroom, toilet, teeth, make-up, hair, out the door! It takes about 20mins and I’m female!!!

Probably stretch, then scratch under my boob.

Get up in the morning, slaving for bread, sir, so that every mouth can be fed.

I usually lay there for a bit, often fall back to sleep even tough I have to pee, and then I get up to pee.
