Is it possible I damaged my feet?

I wore 5 inch heels Friday night, and 48 hours later, the balls of both my feet and two toes on my right are still numb. Is it possible I permanently damaged my feet? Or will this go away in a few days?
And yes, if you’re wondering, the shoes were damn hot.
