Is there any correlation between carbohydrates and joint pain?

Yes, you might be gluten sensitive. It could be other reasons too. But I’m suffering from food allergies & I went for a test a few days ago. Joint pain is one of my symptoms. Gluten is in allot of grains. You can go for an allergy (blood) test for different foods, or/& you can get a gluten sensitivity test too. The other test you can do is for celiac disease but I think they take a biopsy from your stomach for that. I’m hoping I’m not gluten sensitive & it’s just wheat or something. If it’s gluten, then my diet would become very restrictive. Here’s an article that explains it more link. Good luck :)

Yes. My partner has problems with joint pains, and when we used to go running, there were some days he could barely make it half way. Whenever he cut grains out of his diet again, he’d be fine.
