Any hints on the footwork in high jump for track?

I have everything but the footwork!

You should go to the library,go to the internet at www.everythingtrackand field.com or http://moptl.tripod.com/high_jump.htm, see videos on you-tube, or asked a coach/teacher if you go to school/college. Good luck with the high jump.
