My fiance has been having frequent nosebleeds in the last few months. Should I be worried?

We’ve been together a little over 4 years and I don’t remember him ever having these many nosebleeds in such a short period of time. Should he see a doctor? I’ve heard that nosebleeds occur a lot during the winter when the air is dry but it’s already spring and he’s still having nosebleeds. I’m starting to get worried about him but he doesn’t think it’s anything to worry about.
