How do I toggle "block format" text in Word 2007?

I am writing an essay. I had to use block format for my abstract page, at which time I researched how to do it because I was unable to figure it out myself. Now I realized that half of the paper is still typed in block format. I’m trying to figure out how to toggle it off (I remember I used a ctrl code before). Help please?
