How to be sure I'm claiming all death benefits from my deceased husband?

I have at least 2 in my possession as of right now but how can I be sure I am not entitled to receive more death benefits?

The reason I’m asking is because one of the accounts the money is almost gone. The other one is an IRA and I don’t really want to mess with that right now. It has a substantial amount and I prefer to save that for when I get older to live comfortably on.
