Grand Marnier, Cointreau, and Triple Sec are Orange Liqueurs. What are the differences among them? When a recipe calls for one, can you substitute one of the other two?

http;//webtender.com "Triple sec is a strong, clear orange-flavored liqueur. It is sweet, but not cloying. In addition to the generic brand Triple Sec, CuraƧao, Cointreau, and Grand Marnier are also triple secs."
