If you had clean urine and added a crushed hydro into it would it show on a drug test at a doctors office?

It would show up but the concentration would be way off what should show up since it hasn’t been through any filtering in your body. Why would you need to test positive for it?

I’m assuming that hydro refers to Hydrocodone? Or am I just hopelessly out of touch?

And why would anyone want to test positive for it?

Are you an undercover cop trying to pass muster with a drug dealer?

Why don’t you just take half of one like with a glass of water 3–4 hours before the test?

I’m not totally sure, but the test might be detecting metabolites, in which case the original substance would not produce the desired result. Either way, as @Seaofclouds said, it’d be hard to get the conc right without knowing what kind of level is expected… you could be orders of magnitude out. Also, the binders in the pill may not dissolve.

Jesus, why not just take it?

How do you plan on adding it?
Do you know the process for drug screening centers? Its not the easiest process to fake.
Why would you do this in the first place?
