What is the name of the song in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"?

In the movie “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”, there is dance tune that is featured prominently throughout the movie and is played also at the end when the credits are being shown. The melody is beautiful! In the movie, the characters dance the Syrto to it. Does anyone know the name of the song?
