What is the difference between the government's leaders?

Asked by Aesthetic_Mess (7894points) April 23rd, 2011

Well, I’m talking Canada here (specifically Québec).
Québec has a Premier, a Lieutenant-Governor, and a President of the National Assembly. I don’t understand who is actually higher or has more authority.
I Googled it but I can’t find any clear information, even from the government website.
Thank you

And her Governor General who represents her is also higher than a mere Premier or Lt. Governor. All hail the Queen.

But seriously
