I want to retrieve an email which was deleted. How can I do so?

In theory…

If I use gmail.

And I would like to retrieve an email sent to me which got deleted ( even from the trash can).

Is it possible to do so by contacting gmail?

Nope. It’s gone. Good luck with even getting a response from a real person at google.
