How can I stop being so horny ?

I get really horny late at night, and I can’t do anything to stop it, what can I do ? I live with my family and get no privacy, so masterbation really isn’t an option sometimes…And it sucks because when it happens of course that’s all I think about. It’s annoying. Anyone know how I can make it go away ? If I’m horny and I don’t masterbate will I get female blue balls ? I’m 21. No I’m not pregnant.
