Will you think about me tomorrow when I go under the knife?

The day has finally arrived. I’ll be heading in for surgery tomorrow at 11am for a fasciotomy that will, fingers crossed, fix the problem I’m having with my shins.

I was feeling ok about the operation until I spoke with the nurse last week. She said I was brave to be having both legs done at once and that made me a bit nervous.

I’ll be up on crutches after a few/many days of doing little to no walking.

I’ve been put under before but I am a little nervous about being anaesthetized tomorrow.
