How to I "stop following" a bunch of questions at the same time?

Asked by weeveeship (4665points) May 12th, 2011

I have way too many questions that I am following starting from my first days here. I would like to unfollow a bunch of them. Any way to do this quickly?

You can’t unfollow a bunch at once, but on the “Activity for You” page, near the top right, there’s a “Mark All Read” option. Click on that and it will clear out all of your new activity.

What I do is right click on “stop following”, and then click on “Open Link In New Tab”.

That way I can continue down the list, without having to wait for the SF requests to process before I can go to the next question.

When was this implemented? I feel tears of joy welling up…

It’s a pretty new thing. It was implemented after the Twitter deal took place, so it just goes to show the guys are still thinking of us. :D
